Social Concentration: Growth and Performance of Human and Social Capital

Abstract
This article tries to explain the role that social resources play in the development of communities from the perspective of Human and Social Capital, and how an increasing geographic concentration (urbanization) has influenced their performance. Lastly, through the introduction of micro-econometric aspects, it aims to explain the inequality of this kind of growth using a performance measuring model and modeling for this kind of social resources. The paper is structured as follows: the first part includes a review of concepts related to concentration; this is followed by an analysis of the relationship between human capital and growth, and definitions of social capital and its significance. It ends with the modeling and some conclusions.
