Abstract
History repeats itself from the beginning of the 20th Century to the beginning of the 21st. The struggle between nations to dominate the world and share its resources continues. The same actors, the same victims, Africa and the Middle East, a rich and appetizing area suitable to quench the appetite of the new international capitalism. Sykes-Picot could be rewritten as the new Kerry-Lavrov treaty. The African military conflicts since the late 90’s, the so called “Arab spring”, the interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq, the tensions with Iran, this whole production is a manipulation perpetrated by colonial powers determined to rule the world in ways that are in keeping with the new era. Citizens need to awaken to curb the abuses of the new capitalism.
