Through publication in the journal of the requirements for preparing manuscripts or originals, the Editor will inform the author about these requirements. By means of the respective publication on the home page of the journal, the Editor will inform the authors of the method of evaluation of originals, review guidelines, response deadlines, appeal mechanisms, treatment of copyright, conflict resolution interest.

The Editorial Board of the magazine reserves the right to final sanction.
The Editors will promote the ethical safeguard in both published and unpublished works. For this, priority will be given to addressing the objections with the authors or those directly concerned. If necessary, due to the magnitude or implications of the ethical breaches, they may take the case or cases to other people and institutions.

Originality. The authors must ensure that the data and results presented in the work are original and have not been copied, invented, distorted or manipulated. Plagiarism in all its forms (including self-plagiarism), multiple or redundant publication, simultaneous submission of proposals to more than one journal, as well as the invention or manipulation of data constitute serious ethical misconduct and are considered scientific fraud. However, it is permissible to publish a work that expands on another that has already appeared as a short note, communication or summary in the proceedings of a congress, provided that the text on which it is based is properly cited and that the modifications involve a substantial modification of what has already been published. Secondary posts are also acceptable if they target totally different readers; for example, if the article is published in different languages or if there is a version for specialists compared to another aimed at the general public. These circumstances should be specified and the original publication cited appropriately.
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism: Undoubtedly, the misuse of third-party resources or of oneself constitutes one of the most serious breaches of ethics and probity in matters of scientific research and publication. On this point there is a vast bibliography where the problem is characterized in its multiple dimensions. This magazine assumes concern for the phenomenon through the following actions:
Detection by electronic means: it undergoes a review and check of job titles, author names and content in web search engines (Google; DDG). Specialized open source tools are also used, such as: plagiarism detect and turnitin, in addition to being aware of advice and guidance from HTW, the main undertaking in the matter (see HTW site): by crossing paragraphs located as suspects, entrusted work to our executive editorial team.
Style detection: by crossing paragraphs located as suspects, a task entrusted to our executive editorial team.
On the other hand, presumptions or judgments of (self) plagiarism and other forms of misleading use of previous productions, are subject to the following steps:
Qualification of the suspicion or lack by the Direction of the journal
Communication of the doubt or reliable fact of fraud (with data and evidence) to the author (s)
Indication of the deadline for discharges and / or clarifications. The term, except for reasons of force majeure, is peremptory, and will not extend beyond 30 calendar days from the moment of communication to those affected.
Weighting, where appropriate, of clarifications and assurance endorsements from questioned authors.
Resolution and final verdict, by the Executive Committee, on the final destination of the work put in question in a period not exceeding 60 days. The verdict will be final.
The entire procedure will be in writing and will be duly supported in the journal's management files. If necessary, the Executive Committee of the publication may request the advice or opinion of experts outside the publishing body in order to have elements for the best resolution.
The sanction to which the authors who have effectively committed the lack of plagiarism and self-plagiarism will be subjected (they have not given a clear and conclusive answer to the doubts and objections), will be that of the impossibility of sending new texts and communications to the journal for 3 years. The magazine reserves the right, depending on the nature and effects of the problem to be addressed, to publicly communicate results and / or pass the information on to other administrative and jurisdictional bodies concerned with the matter.
For the purposes of definitions of concepts and qualification of the eventual detection of this fault, this journal will abide by those stipulated by COPE and Plagiat-HTW
Authorship of the work. Whoever appears as responsible for contact with the journal, in the case of multiple authorship, must guarantee the recognition of those who have contributed significantly in the conception, planning, design, execution, data collection, interpretation and discussion of the results of the work; In any case, all the people who sign it share responsibility for the work presented. Likewise, the person who acts as a contact person must ensure that those who sign the work have reviewed and approved the final version of the work and give their approval for its possible publication.
Contact authorship must ensure that none of the firms responsible for the work have been omitted and that they thus satisfy the aforementioned co-authorship criteria, thereby avoiding fictitious or gifted authorship, which constitutes a bad scientific practice. Likewise, the contribution of other collaborations that do not appear as signatories or are responsible for the final version of the work must be acknowledged in a note of the article, as a way of appreciation. If the journal or the signatories of the article request it, the published version will briefly describe the individual contribution of each member of the signing group to the collective work.
Information sources. In the text of the work, the publications that have influenced the research must be recognized, so the original sources on which the information contained in your work is based must be identified and cited in the bibliography. It must not, however, include irrelevant citations for its work or referring to similar examples, and it must not abuse the references to research already established in the corpus of scientific knowledge. The author or author should not use information obtained privately through conversations, correspondence or from any discussion with colleagues on the matter, unless they have explicit permission, in writing, from their source of information and such information is received in a context of scientific advice.
