The authors published in Encrucijada Americana accept the conditions of publication, distribution, preservation and use of content contemplated by this journal through the Creative Commons BY license https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

To do this, along with their proposed article, they must send the letter of assignment of rights, originality and license, according to the model provided on the home page of their website.

Authors can make unrestricted use of their production, always complying with what is required by said license: citing the respective edition of this journal as the original source.

Encrucijada Americana welcomes and promotes compliance with open access without any type of condition or restriction to the texts and data disclosed by it. It endorses all the international declarations that favor open access (Open Access), such as those of Budapest, Berlin, Bethesda, among others.

 

Financing and Distribution:

Encrucijada Americana does not charge any type of right or pecuniary charge to the authors for the reception and editorial management of their publication proposals. Nor does it pay for collaborations of any nature. The costs of production and putting this magazine online are covered by the publishing entity. Encrucijada Americana is a publication with free access and open to all interested parties.
